Position: Assistant Manager – R&D Engineer (Refrigerator Division)
Department: Research & Development
Location: Gazipur

Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and execute product design and development for refrigerator products.
-
Research new technologies, materials & design improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
-
Collaborate with Production, QA, Supply Chain & Marketing teams to bring designs from concept to market.
-
Perform root-cause analysis and implement engineering solutions for product/process issues.
-
Oversee prototype development, testing & validation of new models.
-
Maintain technical drawings, documentation & reports.
-
Ensure compliance with local and international safety & quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical / Industrial & Production Engineering (from a reputed university)
-
Experience: 4–5 years in R&D or product design (preferably Refrigerator or Home Appliance industry)
-
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Hands-on experience in prototype testing & validation
-
Excellent communication & team management skills
