Hasan Rubber Industries (Pvt.) Ltd — a leading name in the automobile and light engineering sector — is seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Sales.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Automobile, Tyres, Bearings, Lubricants, or related industries, with the drive to meet targets, build strong relationships, and grow business networks nationwide.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Conduct sales visits in assigned territories (Division/District-wise) and achieve monthly targets.

Develop and maintain strong client and dealer relationships.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Plan and execute sales & marketing campaigns effectively.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
-
Ensure timely credit collection and manage customer accounts.
-
Track market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
-
Support management with other sales and operational initiatives as needed.
🎓 Requirements
-
Education: Diploma in Automobile / BBA / Bachelor’s from any reputed university.

Experience: 5–6 years in Manufacturing, Light Engineering, or Heavy Industry.

Age: 25–35 years.

Strong knowledge of 2W/3W/LCV/HCV/Passenger Car spare parts, tyres, tubes, bearings, and lubricants.

Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

Valid driving license and personal two-wheeler preferred.
