🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and testing of surfactant-based formulations for dishwashing and liquid detergents, ensuring top performance, safety, and compliance with BSTI and ISO standards.

Conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate efficacy, stability, and packaging compatibility.

Optimize formulations balancing cost, performance, and sustainability using locally sourced materials.

Collaborate with Production, QA, and Marketing to scale formulations from lab to full-scale production.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and regulatory submissions.

Mentor junior R&D members, fostering a culture of scientific rigor and creativity.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards during development.

Manage projects, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time product launches.
🎓 Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.

8–10 years of experience in R&D, including at least 3 years in surfactant-based product development (dishwashing, liquid detergents, or cleaning products).

Experience with international brands or MNCs preferred.

Strong knowledge of BSTI, REACH, and ISO standards.
