We are expanding our outreach and seeking a results-driven professional to join our team and help secure sponsorships that advance our mission and programs.
Position Overview
The Sponsorship Coordinator plays a key role in identifying, cultivating, and managing sponsorship relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and individual donors. This commission-based position is ideal for a self-motivated professional passionate about social impact, partnership development, and nonprofit growth.
You will collaborate closely with our leadership, events, and marketing teams to align sponsorship strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential sponsors, corporate donors, and funding partners.
- Develop and present customized sponsorship proposals aligned with BHA’s mission and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to foster long-term engagement and support.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorship opportunities within events, campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship activities, communications, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, fundraising, business development, or sponsorship coordination (nonprofit experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Passionate about community health, advocacy, and social impact.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure.
Compensation
- Commission-Based Only (No base salary)
- Earnings based on sponsorship revenue generated
