Position Overview
The Co-Trainer, Beauty Care & ICT will ensure high-quality, consistent training delivery under the GRiVET Project, contributing to skill development for decent employment. The role requires expertise in vocational training and digital systems, aligned with UCEP’s mission, values, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct TVET and skills development training sessions, ensuring regular follow-up with trainees and monitoring their employment outcomes.

Ensure availability and quality of training materials, equipment, and attendance (minimum 90%).

Maintain strong team morale and collaboration to achieve project deliverables.

Develop and maintain training delivery schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
-
Design and deliver engaging, interactive, and informative training sessions.
-
Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and lab exercises.
-
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
-
Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Coordinate with the Head of TVET Institute to define project requirements and resource allocation.

Support the development and implementation of the TVET Institute’s operational plan.

Properly maintain classroom assets, materials, and supplies.

Assist Lead Trainers in developing project documentation, reports, and monitoring progress.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in skills training, TVET, or related fields.
-
Proven skills in Beauty Care and ICT training preferred.
Additional Requirements:

Age: Maximum 35 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

Willingness to relocate within any UCEP Bangladesh operational area.
