🎯 Position Overview
The Finance & Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the financial management and administrative operations of the project at the field level. The incumbent will ensure proper record-keeping, compliance, and documentation in alignment with the organization’s financial and administrative policies.
📋 Key Responsibilities

Manage and control finance and administrative activities of the assigned project.

Check and verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain bookkeeping, registers, and financial documentation as per organizational policy.

Ensure timely payments and financial transactions after proper verification.

Provide financial support during project audits and follow up on audit recommendations.

Oversee employee leave management and HR documentation following NGO Forum HR policies.

Prepare official correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other necessary documents.

Maintain administrative compliance and up-to-date records at the field office.

Support procurement, logistics, and other administrative functions as required.
🎓 Educational Qualification

Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Management from a recognized institution.
💼 Experience & Skills Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably within NGO or Development Agencies.

Hands-on experience in bill verification, bookkeeping, register maintenance, and report preparation.

Sound understanding of Bangladesh Government VAT, Tax, and Customs Duty rules.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.

Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision and in team settings.
💰 Compensation & Benefits

Salary: BDT 50,000 per month.
