We are seeking motivated and professional Telephone Interviewers to join our remote team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to meaningful research on local and national issues.
Position Overview
As a Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound survey calls to respondents across the United States to collect opinions and feedback on various topics. This is a non-sales position ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
You will receive paid training and ongoing support to ensure success in your role. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone interviews using prepared survey scripts.
- Record accurate and complete responses in the company’s data system.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout all interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
- Participate in required training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
- No previous experience required (training provided).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply — eligible for $1/hour pay increase upon passing a language test.
Compensation & Benefits
