Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead conversion, customer engagement, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. You’ll use your communication and customer service skills to turn inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
This position is ideal for goal-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment and enjoy working collaboratively to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to schedule in-home design consultations.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Follow-Up Outreach: Conduct outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and re-engage inactive leads.
- CRM Management: Accurately record, update, and maintain customer information in Salesforce and other systems.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver an outstanding experience at every touchpoint, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and ensure a smooth handoff to design consultants.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, call center, appointment setting, or customer service preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Five9, Hatch, or similar CRM and communication platforms
- Tech-savvy and interested in using AI tools to enhance performance
- Requirements:
- Dedicated home workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Consistent reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule
- Hours: 37–40 hours per week (5 shifts, flexible scheduling)
- Weekday Shifts:
- Early shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Late shift: 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Weekend Shifts:
- Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Sunday: 9:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.25/hour + performance bonuses (average starting income $50K+ annually)
- Pay Schedule: Bi-monthly
- Internet Stipend: Provided for remote work
